STRIDE OUT STROKE 5K RUN/WALK SATURDAY JULY 10, 2010
The Run/Walk is scheduled to start at 8:00 A.M.
Registration can be mailed or dropped off by July 2nd to Elkhorn Valley Rehabilitation Hospital, STRIDE OUT STROKE, 5715 E. 2nd St Casper, WY 82609
Packets can be picked up at Elkhorn Valley Rehabilitation Hospital Friday, July 9th from 11:30-1:00. Race day registration and packet pickup is from 7:00-7:30.

FREE Stroke Screening - May 15
In recognition of Stroke Awareness Month (May), Elkhorn Valley Rehabilitation Hospital will be offering a Free Stroke Screening to the community. No appointment is necessary for this event.

The screening includes Stroke Risk Assessment, Carotid Ultrasound (if appropriate) and a consultation with Neurologist David Wheeler, MD and Pete Siems, PA.

FREE Bioness Screening at EVRH
Elkhorn Valley Rehabilitation Hospital is offering a free screening on new advanced technology for hand dysfunction and foot drop for people living with Stroke, MA, Brain Injury or Spinal Cord Injury. If you are suffering from upper or lower extremity paralysis caused by central nervous system injury, you will find new treatment options with the Bioness technology. This event will take place on Tuesday, April 27th from 1:00 – 5:00 pm at Elkhorn Valley Rehabilitation Hospital, 5715 East 2nd Street, Casper, WY. The Casper Children's Chorale Sang at EVRH
Approximately 70 9- to 14-year-olds, led by Director Marcia Patton, performed for the patients of Elkhorn Valley Rehabilitation Hospital.



The Casper Children's Chorale, along with 30 chaperones, will bus across the northwest on their way to the All Northwest Music Educators Conference in Spokane, Washington.
